Finding out how different disciplinary measures affected workers' timeliness and productivity was the driving force for the study. What is the connection between disciplinary processes, employee timeliness, and productivity? In what ways have the disciplinary measures taken by the organization affected the timeliness of its employees? How have the disciplinary procedures of the institution affected the performance of the employees? We tested four hypotheses: that disciplinary procedures have a positive effect on employee performance; that employee punctuality has a positive effect on employee performance; and that discipline procedures and performance were moderated by punctuality. There was evidence to back up the idea that disciplinary procedures have a favorable impact on employee performance. Results showed that punctuality was not a moderator of the relationship between organizational culture, public institutional entities, and the delay in paying employees' incentive remunerations. The most important piece of advice was for upper management to look at how company culture affects timeliness in order to boost productivity.
