Abstract

Poly film, also known as polyethylene film, is a thin, flexible plastic material made from the polymerisation of ethylene. It is a widely used packaging material due to its low cost, lightweight, and high durability. Developing a Poly film dehumidifier is a crucial area of research in the manufacturing industry. Polyfilm is a widely used material essential in various industries such as food packaging, agriculture, and construction. During the manufacturing process, it is necessary to remove moisture from the Poly film to improve its quality and durability. The presence of moisture can cause defects and reduce the final product's quality, leading to product failure and customer dissatisfaction. Some concepts like poly film flakes processing, drying of poly films types of poly film, and previous designs of poly film dryers or dehumidification machines were discussed. Some literature reviews were discussed. Some materials and methods were displayed to get the results, and a discussion was made. In conclusion, the machine reduced the loss accumulated in the sun/manual drying process and enhanced the production of adequate quality and quantity of flakes. Adopting this machine is recommended to facilitate recycling and recycled material for further processing into any plastic product in plastic processing industries as well as its degradation of the environment.
